Home cleanouts usually fit a 10 or 20 yard, remodels a 20, construction and demolition a 30 or 40. Call and we will recommend one.
How long is a rental?
Standard rentals run 7 days. Extensions are easy; just call before pickup.
How soon can you deliver?
Next-day is standard and same-day is often possible when you call early. We start at 5am.
Will it damage my driveway?
We place boards under the rails to protect concrete and pavers.
What can’t go in?
Paint, oil, batteries, tires, propane tanks, asbestos and other hazardous waste.
Do you serve outside Manteca?
Yes: Lathrop, Ripon, Stockton, Tracy, Modesto, Escalon, Salida, Riverbank and French Camp.
Can the dumpster sit on my driveway?
Yes. We lay plywood under the rails and set it where you point. Street placement may need a city permit.
What size fits a garage cleanout?
A 10 yard handles a one-car garage; a 20 yard suits a full garage plus attic.
Do you offer contractor accounts?
Yes, with consolidated invoicing and priority swaps for active job sites.
How quickly can you swap a full can?
Same-day swaps are usually available when you call before late morning.
How many squares fit in a 10 yard?
Roughly 15–20 squares of single-layer asphalt shingles, depending on layers and felt.
Can I mix roofing with other junk?
Light household debris is fine; tell us so we price weight correctly.
